- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- prepared graham cracker crust
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 325*. Beat yolks with a mixer. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into crust. Bake for 30 minutes (until pie is set). Cool completely, then top with Cool Whip. Chill. Enjoy!
