Cream Cheese Biscuits

These tiny biscuits are a unique texture combination of both creamy AND flaky.  I served them recently with a hearty soup and they were gone in a flash.  With the addition of sliced ham these little babies also make delectable mini sandwiches for a brunch or luncheon.Cream Cheese Biscuits 2Ingredients:(makes 24 mini-biscuits)

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8oz), softened
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
